PixCraft mobile application ("App").
By using PixCraft, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.

- Images, photos, or other media you choose to import, edit, save, or export using the App
- Photos or selfies you upload to use with AI features such as Face Swap, AI Headshot, AI Avatar, AI Travel, AI Cosplay, or AI Time Travel
- Information you provide when contacting us, such as your email address and message content
- Purchase-related information made available through the app store or billing platform
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Device information such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, and region
- Usage data such as app interactions, feature usage, session duration, crash logs, and performance diagnostics
- Advertising identifiers and related ad interaction data, where permitted by your device or platform settings
- General technical data such as IP address, approximate location based on IP, and network information
2.3 Media and File Access
PixCraft may request access to your device storage, photos, media, or camera so that you can:
- Select and edit your images
- Save edited images to your device
- Use camera-related features, if available
- Upload photos for use with AI-powered tools such as Face Swap, AI Headshot, AI Avatar, AI Colorize, AI Restore, and other AI features
We access your photos, files, and camera only to provide the editing and AI features you choose to use.
Photos processed by AI tools are used solely to generate your requested output and are not used for training AI models or shared with third parties beyond what is described in this policy.
3. AI-Powered Features and Data Processing
PixCraft includes a range of AI-powered tools that may process your photos and images on-device or via third-party AI service providers. These include:
AI Face Suite
- Face Swap — Swaps faces between two photos you provide
- AI Headshot — Generates professional portrait-style photos from your selfie
- AI Avatar (Anime) — Transforms your photo into anime or avatar-style artwork
- AI Travel — Places your photo into famous travel destination backgrounds
- AI Cosplay — Applies futuristic or fantasy costume styles to your photo
- AI Time Travel (Vintage) — Applies historical or vintage-era styling to your photo
AI Photo Editing Tools
- AI Enhance — Improves image sharpness, detail, and quality using AI
- AI Colorize — Adds natural color to black and white photos
- AI Upscale — Increases photo resolution without quality loss
- AI Restore — Repairs old, damaged, or blurry photos
- AI Replace Object — Removes or replaces selected objects within a photo
AI Background Tools
- AI Cutout — Automatically removes backgrounds from photos
- AI Background — Generates new AI-created backgrounds for your subject
- AI Backdrop — Applies artistic AI-generated background effects
Important Note on AI Processing: Some AI features may require your photos to be sent to third-party AI processing servers to generate results. In such cases, photos are transmitted securely and used solely to generate your requested output. We do not sell or share your photos with third parties for marketing, advertising, or AI training purposes. Where possible, AI processing is performed on-device without sending data externally.
4. How We Use Your Information
We may use collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve PixCraft
- To enable photo editing, AI-powered transformations, exporting, saving, and creative effects
- To process and deliver results for AI features including Face Swap, AI Headshot, AI Enhance, AI Colorize, AI Upscale, AI Restore, AI Replace Object, and other AI tools
- To personalize user experience and improve app performance
- To process purchases, subscriptions, and premium feature access
- To show advertisements and measure ad performance
- To monitor app usage, analytics, crashes, and technical issues
- To detect misuse, fraud, abuse, or security risks
- To respond to support requests and communications
- To comply with legal obligations
5. Ads and Advertising Partners
PixCraft may display advertisements in the App, including banner ads, interstitial ads,
rewarded ads, or native ads. These ads may be provided by third-party advertising partners.
Advertising partners may collect certain information such as device identifiers, advertising IDs,
IP address, app interaction data, and approximate location to provide, personalize, and measure ads,
subject to applicable law and platform permissions.
We do not control the privacy practices of third-party advertising providers. We encourage you to
review their privacy policies where applicable.
6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
PixCraft offers premium features through in-app purchases and subscriptions, including:
- Weekly Plan: $2.99
- Monthly Plan: $5.99
- Annual Plan: $19.99
- One-Time Purchase: $99.99
Payments are processed by third-party app stores or payment processors such as Google Play.
We do not directly collect or store your complete payment card or banking details.
However, we may receive limited transaction information such as purchase status, subscription status,
order identifiers, country, and product details for purchase validation and access management.
7. Analytics and Diagnostics
We may use third-party analytics, diagnostics, and crash reporting tools to better understand
how users interact with PixCraft, improve stability, and fix bugs. These tools may collect technical
information such as device type, app version, session activity, crashes, and performance data.
8. How We Store and Protect Information
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access,
loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic
storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on how the App functions, some edited images or temporary processing data may be stored locally
on your device. Photos uploaded for AI processing are handled securely and are not retained by third-party
AI providers beyond the time needed to generate the requested output, subject to those providers' own data
retention policies. If cloud-based or remote processing features are introduced or expanded in the future,
this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
9. Data Sharing
We may share information in the following situations:
- With third-party AI service providers that power features such as Face Swap, AI Headshot, AI Enhance, AI Colorize, AI Upscale, AI Restore, AI Replace Object, AI Cutout, AI Background, and related AI tools — solely to process and return your requested output
- With service providers that help us operate the App, such as analytics, crash reporting, advertising, hosting, or billing partners
- With app stores or payment providers to process purchases and subscriptions
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
- To protect our rights, users, security, property, or the public
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, or similar business transaction
We do not sell your personal information or your photos to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Images and files you edit may remain on your own device unless you delete them. Photos processed through
AI features are not stored beyond what is necessary to deliver the output to you. Certain analytics,
diagnostic, or transaction records may be retained for a reasonable period as required for support,
fraud prevention, legal compliance, and internal analysis.
11. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your device, region, and applicable laws, you may have certain rights and choices, including:
- Accessing, updating, or deleting your information where applicable
- Managing app permissions such as storage, photos, and camera through your device settings
- Resetting or limiting advertising identifiers in your device settings
- Managing or canceling subscriptions through your app store account
- Contacting us to request assistance regarding your data, including data processed through AI features
12. Children's Privacy
PixCraft is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or a higher age threshold where required by local law),
and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.
AI face and portrait features should not be used by or on behalf of children without parental supervision and consent.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
13. International Data Processing
Your information, including photos processed through AI features, may be processed in countries other than your own,
depending on the location of our service providers, AI processing partners, app platforms, advertising partners,
or analytics providers. By using PixCraft, you understand and agree that your information may be transferred to
and processed in such locations, subject to applicable legal safeguards where required.
14. Third-Party Services
PixCraft may include or rely on third-party services such as:
- AI processing and generation services for face, photo, and background AI tools
- Advertising networks
- Analytics and crash reporting services
- App store billing and subscription systems
- Cloud or backend infrastructure providers
These third parties may collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any third-party services used in connection with the App.
15. Permissions Used by the App
Depending on your device and how you use PixCraft, the App may request permissions such as:
- Photos/Media/Files: to open, edit, save images, and upload photos for AI features
- Camera: to capture photos directly from the App, including for AI tools like AI Headshot and Face Swap
- Internet/Network Access: to load ads, verify purchases, support AI-powered features that require server-side processing, and improve app functionality
You can control these permissions through your device settings. Some features, including certain AI tools,
may not function properly if permissions are denied or internet access is unavailable.
16. Legal Basis for Processing
Where required by applicable law, we process personal information based on one or more of the following legal grounds:
- Your consent
- Performance of a contract or provision of requested services
- Compliance with legal obligations
- Our legitimate interests, such as improving the App, securing the service, and preventing fraud
